The ongoing projects of Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) in the city were discussed for about one and a half hours on Tuesday. In this, the rates of saleable property were fixed. Commissioner Pawan Sharma also took information about all the projects of BDA.
Commissioner Sharma said that BDA should take necessary approval from all the concerned departments for the sale of its various properties etc. Also promote them. So that the citizens can get benefits.
Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, BDA CEO Pradeep Jain, Corporation Commissioner Harendra Narayan, DFO Alok Pathak and other officials were also present.
In the meeting, decisions were taken regarding the allotment, evaluation, disposal etc. of various properties of the authority, including plot building cells. Decisions were taken on the proposal regarding the Authority's Misrod Phase-2 Scheme (3 PSP plots), Raja Bhoj Scheme, Indrapuri Scheme, Swami Vivekanand Complex (10 buildings), Katara Hills, Residential Scheme, Gaurishankar Kaushal Residential Scheme, Barrai Phase 2, Jharneshwar Complex Scheme (6 cells), 45 meter Misrod, Barrai, Jatkhedi Scheme, MG Rusia Nagar Scheme (3 buildings), Aerocity Phase-1 (3 commercial plots) etc. Along with this, a proposal was made to renew the lease of various lands of the Authority. The meeting was conducted by the Authority's CEO Jain.
