With an aim of celebrating the achievements of the employees and encouraging them, AGU Aspire Award was organized by AISECT University Group here on Friday. During this program, Super 30 founder and motivational speaker Anand Kumar was present in the program.

Other guests along with him included AISECT Chairman Santosh Chaubey, Chancellor of Scope Global Skills University Siddharth Chaturvedi, Executive Vice President of AISECT Group Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi, Director of AISECT Group of Universities Aditi Chaturvede Vats. Apart from this, faculties from Rabindranath Tagore University, Dr. CV Raman University Khandwa, CV Raman University Bilaspur, CV Raman University Vaishali, Scope Global Skills University Bhopal and AISECT University Hazaribagh, which come under AISECT University Group, were present in large numbers.The program started with the welcome speech by Santosh Chaubey.

In his speech, he introduced the ISECT University Group and informed about the innovative initiatives being taken in the field of education. Further, in his speech, he talked about the future possibilities while referring to the 38-year journey of ISECT. He thanked all the faculties of ISECT from all over the country and congratulated the colleagues being honored today.

After this, Super 30 founder Anand Kumar in his speech praised the work being done by ISECT in the field of education and self-employment in rural areas under the guidance of Santosh Chaubey ji and said that I have also worked in this field.

He said that working in rural areas in India is a great need today. That work may be small but its importance in the direction of making India developed is very high. Further, giving the mantra of success to the teachers, he said that hard work and good behavior are the only two things that make a teacher's life successful.

Therefore, no matter how much struggle you face, keep working hard, a time will come when things will start happening according to you. Recalling his father's words, he said that he used to say that no work should be considered small, rather one should make his way of working world class, then success is achieved. This thing is also reflected in Santosh Chaubey ji. Also, in his speech, Anand Kumar encouraged teachers to promote research and innovations. He talked about doing more and more work on topics like vertical farming, alternate energy.

After this, awards were given to 440 faculties and employees of ISECT University Group in 47 categories.
