A new wave of technological innovation is set to unfold with the inauguration of a five-day workshop titled "Application of 3D Scanner in Architecture" at the Department of Architecture and Planning, MANIT Bhopal, from September 2 to September 6, 2024. The workshop, coordinated by Dr. Jagdish Singh, aims to revolutionize the field of Architecture and Planning by integrating real-time data capturing through LiDAR technology.
Dr. Singh highlighted that this workshop will bring a new dimension to the industry, offering participants the opportunity to explore the transformative power of 3D scanning. The event brings together a diverse group of professors, students, researchers, designers, engineers, and enthusiasts from across the country.
Under the guidance of Dr. Jagdish Singh, Dr. Supriya Vyas, and Dr. Neha Pranav Kolhe from the Department of Architecture, the workshop is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of 3D scanning techniques, applications, and best practices.
