Wednesday, 09 October 2024 | PNS | Jamshedpur

The vibrant community of Vijaya Heritage I-Vth Phase in Kadma is set to celebrate its 26th annual Durga Puja, marking over two decades of unity, devotion, and cultural pride. The grand event will be held from October 9th to October 12th, 2024, with the inauguration taking place on October 9th at 11:00 am. Swami Mahabhabananda Maharaj from Ramkrishna Mission will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, inaugurating the Puja Pandal and unveiling the annual Puja Souvenir.

Durga Puja at Vijaya Heritage is not only a spiritual celebration but also a time for deep community bonding. Residents come together to honor Goddess Durga, the embodiment of strength, motherhood, and protection, whose divine blessings are sought for the well-being of all. Over the years, the Puja has grown into a symbol of collective spirit, love, and cultural reverence for the people of the community.

The festivities will include traditional rituals, cultural performances, and activities catering to all generations, from children and youth to elders. Each year, the Puja Committee strives to make the event a memorable and inclusive celebration, inviting everyone to experience the richness of Bengali culture that defines the essence of Durga Puja.

Initiated in 1999, the Durga Puja at Vijaya Heritage has since become one of the most anticipated events in the community’s calendar, drawing people together to celebrate not only the goddess but the spirit of togetherness and cultural heritage.
