`I liked the people; they are very welcoming, and I felt like I was with my family, said His Excellency Shiekh Mansoor Bin Khalifa Al-Thani of the Qatar Royal Family and Chairman of MBK Holdings, Qatar, while interacting with the media here on Saturday on the second and concluding day of the 19th Prestige International Conference.
Al-Thani said that he believed in quality talent. `I always promote a quality talent economy, as I believe this is the future economy'.
Lauding India's talents, Al-Thani said, `India is a great country with abundant talent, great people, and great values'. Replying to a question, Sheikh Mansoor said he was planning to invest in India, especially in agriculture, education, innovations, and entrepreneurship.
`I would like to support the startup community to support the entrepreneurs and take them to the global level', he added. Al-Thani said he had signed some MoUs with the Prestige Groups of Institutions and Industries for business and academic collaborations between the two groups and to take these collaborations to the global level.
The Qatari corporate tycoon, who was on a maiden visit to India, said that he believed in people, collaborations, and partnerships, so definitely, he will have his local people while seeking business alliances and considering investment in local industries. The Qatar royal family member said he believed in creating values within the community.
