Conman Sukesh offers to buy stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions

Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is accused in a Rs 200 crore cheating case involving the wife of a former Fortis Healthcare promoter, made an offer to popular Indian filmmaker Karan Johar about buying a 50 to 70 per cent stake in his production company Dharma Productions.

In a letter, he wrote, “Karan, I am giving you an open offer with any terms of your choice, and I am looking at 50 to 70 per cent stake in Dharma, and you give me your number which according to you is reasonable, I commit they would not be a negotiation. We will do all cash deals in 48 hours, here in India or through FDI, from BVI.”

He added that this is a letter of intent in regards to acquiring a major portion of stake in his Company Dharma Productions. “Recently, my financial Advisor informed me that Dharma is looking for Investments, and is even in talks with major Conglomerates, and other Investor Institutions, however, none of the Deal has reached finality. My company LS Holdings Registered in British Virgin Islands has its Business interest in Online Gaming Mining Corporate Liaison In International Affairs and Hospitality, with a Yearly turnover of 6,300 crores,” he added.

The conman said that his company also has a film production and finance company under its umbrella, namely LS Film Corp, which has financed more than 70 Indian films, and an OTT Content namely the Instagraamam, in the South film Industry.

“However, in today’s time to take production/Film Business to a large, pan India level, it is necessary to have large relationship in the Industry and an ability to put together projects with top directors and stars, there ee feel associating with you, we can leverage Dharma’s credibility and relationship in the industry,” he said, adding that for him, movies is not a business, Rather, a passion and an emotion, stating that he is personally a movie buff.

Sukesh, who is lodged in Tihar jail, claimed that none of his businesses are illegal and said, “We are fully a legal entity, complying with all taxes, in all Countries we are doing business in, including India.

All cases against me, are politically motivated cases, and none of the charges till date, are proved against me, all just baseless charges, under intention to damage my reputation.”
