As part of strengthening the role of Indian women in entrepreneurship and business, two Australian ladies who were successful in business and commerce will share their experience with the former.

The two women professionals who share decades of hands on experience in management and crafting of success stories are launching their book “Elevate”  for women entrepreneurs in India. It is hoped that the principles gained by these two ladies would come in handy for women managing kirana shops to super markets. This is a work that wants to propagate the message “One word Can Change Your Life”.

The book, being published in India by Penguin Random House, tells the unique story of how Shannah Kennedy, an executive life coach with two decades experience and Colleen Callander, founder of the iconic fashion brands Sportsgirl and Sussan, made it to the top of Australian business league.

Shannah is known as the Australian Powerhouse in strategic life coaching, according to Abigail, publicist, Penguin Random House. Quoting the author, Abigail said that the book Elevate is meant for Indian women who want to embrace the extraordinary life they aspire for.

Colleen Callander stands out among businesswomen as a self-made professional. Having dumped the traditional educational path at the age of 16 to carve out her unique trajectory to success, what she has done on her own is path breaking work. Both Shannah and Colleen are sought after speakers in global business and leadership meetings and have not let their listeners down at any point of time.

Abigail stated that through their unique blend of business acumen and personal insight, Shannah and Colleen provide a practical roadmap that emphasizes clarity, focus, and balance across three key pillars: Life, Leadership, and Longevity.

Their experience as leaders who have thrived in highly competitive industries gives readers valuable, real-world advice on how to excel in both careers and personal lives.
