Radhakrishnan, the Governor of Jharkhand, and T V Narendran, CEO & Managing Director of Tata Steel Ltd & Chairman of XLRI. As part of its legacy, XLRI stands out as the first B-school to introduce sustainability in its curriculum, actively recruiting faculty members specializing in sustainability issues. To commemorate 75 years of labor and industrial relations research and education, XLRI will host a two-day International Industrial Relations Conference from January 8-9, 2024, in collaboration with Leeds University Business School, Leeds, the UK, and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, New Delhi. Notable events on the horizon for 2024 include MAXI Fair, International Conference on Ethics & Responsibility in Business, Corporate Leaders Conference, Doctoral Consortium, Conference on Sustainability, Ethics & Inclusion, and a National CEO Conference.
