Khajuri road police arrested two vehicle lifters who were stealing vehicles from Chirayu Hospital Bhainsakhedi Bhopal and recovered 3 motorcycles.
Police said that the information was received regarding a suspicious man who was standing in Chirayu parking lot with the intention of stealing a vehicle based on the information team reached Chirayu Hospital and detained the suspect.
He was caught with the help of the guard deployed at the hospital who was identified as Jeevar Rathore of Naibasti Gandhinagar, Bhopal and when he was interrogated he revealed that one Hero Splendor was stolen from parking bearing registration number MP04OP2890.
During the investigation, the accused confessed selling two vehicles to Ankit Verma of Sehore and from his possession Honda Livo was recovered from Budhi.
Later, another bike stolen from Chirayu hospital parking was recovered from his possession. Both the accused are being interrogated in connection with other vehicle thefts.
The team took immediate action on the information and arrested the accused Jeevan Rathore and Ankit Verma and recovered three stolen motorcycles worth Rs 210,000 which were stolen from Chirayu hospital parking.
Police have started further investigation and more crimes and recoveries would be made. Other aides of the accused would be searched who have helped in stealing the vehicles and disposing the stolen vehicles.
