Bhopal: All registrar and sub registrar offices in Madhya Pradesh will remain open in March. Offices will be closed only on Holi, i.e. on March 8. Instructions have been given to open the office on Rangpanchami, Saturday-Sunday or any other holiday. Property guidelines will increase from April. In view of this, it has been decided to open the office so that, people can get the registry done according to the current guidelines only.
In this regard, instructions have been issued to all the registrars and sub-registrars from Bhopal. Orders were issued again on 3 March. New guidelines are expected from April with increased rates. That's why a large number of property deals are happening in the last remaining days of the financial year.
People do not have to worry about getting the registry done, so the government has decided to open the registrar offices even on holidays. There will be registries in ISBT and Pari Bazar in Bhopal. The registrar and sub-registrar offices will remain open in all the districts of the state.
The month of March 2023 is crucial from the point of view of revenue. This month, it has been decided to keep all district registrar and sub-registrar offices open for registration and official work on all public holidays except Holi. All concerned offices will remain open on public holidays 22, 23, 30 March and Saturday holidays 18 and 25. Rangpanchami is a public holiday in most districts, but the registrar-sub-registrar offices will remain open.
