Sadar police in Daltonganj arrested three and recovered two fake gold articles.
The three arrested are Raja, Pintu and Guddu. All these three are offenders by nature. The three were remanded in judicial custody today.
Police have recovered 3 desi kattas from them. The kattas were loaded with one each cartridge. All three have cases with the police stations. Pintu had been to jail also.
Pintu is said to be an expert in making illicit arms as well. Police recovered a cutter, pipe from him.
The three had their fingers in other crimes. It was selling bronze as gold. Police recovered 2 such fake gold.
The fake gold was shown to prospective buyers through video call. It used to tempt the buyers.
The trio were in the fake gold business for a long time and had a few buyers whom they had cheated with fake gold.
Sources said the cheated ones for shame did not register any complaint about fake gold sold to them with the police.
