Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s wife Jasodaben was on a day’s visit to the Gayatri Nagar-based Jagannath temple in Raipur. After the visit, she left for Nagpur by road on Thursday.
Temple manager Satyadev Sharma confirmed her visit on Wednesday.
Jasodaben halted at night at the guest house in the temple premises on Wednesday, Sharma said.
It was a personal visit and more details cannot be shared with the media, he said.
