Pithampur police solved the blind murder; sons together killed their father.

Giving the above information, City Superintendent of Police Pithampur Amit Mishra said that on November 24, 2023, an unknown accused killed the deceased by stoning his head and injuring his neck with a sharp-edged weapon.

This incident had created sensation in the entire area. In view of the seriousness of the case, Dhar SP Manoj Kumar Singh formed a police team under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Inderjit  and Pithampur CSP Amit Mishra. Under the leadership of Pithampur Police Station Incharge Rajendra Soni While investigation the deceased was immediately identified as Bhola son of Bhaiyyalal Soni, aged 44 years, resident of Kanchan Vihar Colony, after which the team of Pithampur police station identified the unknown person through mobile records and CCTV cameras installed in government and industrial areas.

The search for the accused was started. After scanning hundreds of cameras, the accused were identified as Deepak, son of deceased Bhola Soni,  resident of Kanchan Vihar Colony and Sachin Soni, son of Bhola Soni. Later accused Deepak Soni and Sachin Soni were arrested. On being interrogated it was revealed that the father was a drunkard and used to abused their mother every day and having huge debts. He was murdered to get insurance amnount to repay the loans.

In revealing the sensational murder, Police Station Incharge Pithampur Rajendra Soni, Sub Inspector Lokendra Choudhary had commendable contribution.
