As per the directions of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman VK Pandian on Thursday visited Cuttack and reviewed various transformation works.
He visited the SCB Medical College Hospital, the Chandi Mandir, the Taladanda Canal and the Ravenshaw Girls’ School in the city.
At the Chandi Mandir, the 5T Chairman directed the officials to expedite the transformation and beautification works and complete them soon. He also advised them to ensure that the devotees have hassle-free darshan of the deity.
He also reviewed the progress o transformation work of the SCB Medical College Hospital and directed to complete the contraction work of four clinical blocks and 13 residential blocks at the earliest.
During his visit to the Ravenshaw Girls’ School, he held discussions with the teachers and directed the Works Department to restore the heritage building.
