: The Annual General Body Meeting of the Nehru Seva Sangh (NSS) was held on Friday in which the office-bearers of the Sangh were elected. It was presided over by its president Suresh Chandra Panda.
Secretary of the Sangh Sarojini Dash read the annual report and action taken report for last year. Treasurer Omprakash Agrawal placed the audited account in details for the year 2022-23 and budget for the year 2023-24 which was discussed and passed.
New office bearers of the Sangh unanimously elected were Suresh Chandra Panda as president, Bijaya Kumar Nanda as vice-president, Sarojini Dash as secretary, Omprakash Agrawal as treasurer, Dr Surendranath Patra, Padmanava Majhi, Krishna Mishra and Rajkishore Nanda as members. Similarly, DWO, Khordha, special invitees Bhagirathi Hota, Biplab Kumar Muduli and Prabin Kumar Jena too remained members for next two years. Dr SK Mohanty was taken as associate member of the Sangh.
