The third day of Vishwarang 2023 was organized as a literature festival in which Mahesh, Amit and Rishabh presented Tigalbandi on violin, starting the day with invocation. In this he introduced Thumri in Raga Pilu. After this, the musical presentation of the songs “Salona Sa Sajan…”, “Shri Ram Chandra…”, “Hey Ram, Hey Ram…” enthralled all the listeners. In the end, “Baje Muraliya Baje…” was presented. The morning main session started with the screening of the video film “Dharti”.
After this, Devendra Mewari was the main speaker in the lecture session on the topic “Future of our Earth” and was accompanied by Vishwarang Director Santosh Choubey and litterateur Mahadev Toppo. The session was conducted by Vinay Upadhyay, Director of Tagore Vishwakala Kendra. In his statement, Devendra Mewari said that the story of the creation of the Earth was told from the time of 4 billion 60 crore years.
During this, he described the creation of the earth and this universe decade wise. He also put before everyone the creation of the Earth, the Sun and other planets and the Earth becoming a mother, that after the creation of the other planets, the Earth was considered as the mother.
He described comets as the medium for bringing water into this world and gave detailed information about the development of other living beings after water. He presented before everyone the story of the birth of man, including life in the atmosphere. He also explained how the Industrial Revolution rapidly led to the destruction of the earth. From cutting of forests and construction of concrete forests to the crisis in the lives of animals and birds, he also presented them in a very emotional manner. He also defined today's computer age and underlined the global pandemic of Corona tomorrow.
He also expressed concern that if pollution continues to increase like this, the day is not far when human life will come to an end. Melting of glaciers will destroy the coastal countries, and new viruses are being created at a fast pace, this is definitely a crisis for the entire human race. He stressed that the only option to save nature is that we live with nature and the campaign to save this earth should be started rapidly.
Santosh Choubey said that it is very important to end the ideology that destroys nature, only then we will be able to work towards the conservation of nature. Reiterating the thoughts of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, he said that Mahatma Gandhi had talked about protecting nature, which we have forgotten. In the next episode “Dharti Aaj” poetry session was organized in which Badrinarayan, Veena Sinha, Nishant and Piyush Thakkar presented their poems. On this occasion, Nishant recited a poem on the topic “Global Warming…” in which he described the pain of nature. Similarly, he gave a touch of nature in his topic “Water is made from the cry of fishes...” He also read a poem on the topic “Ma Prithvi Hai...” which was appreciated by everyone.Similarly, Piyush Thakkar read the poem “Grishma Ki Kuch Chhabiyan…” in Gujarati, which was translated into Hindi and recited.
On this occasion, everyone's eyes were filled with tears after listening to Veena Sinha's very touching poem “Sabse Chhoti Chudiyan…”. The second poem “On the way to Bengal and Jharkhand…” was appreciated by everyone. Similarly, Badrinarayan recited many poems like “Baithe hain, hum gol mein pahad mein…” and “Haashiye” and “Na jaane kya hua…”. Mahadev Toppo recited two poems titled “Nobody sees the fire within the heart...” and “Kavitaayen Meri Na Padhiye...” On this occasion, Santosh Choubey recited the poems “My good tribals…”, “Dharma-Karma…” and “Bhoot Bangla…”. Senior litterateur Balram Gumasta, who was conducting the program, also recited his poems.
