For that the forest department will have to make land available.

At the same time, to promote tourism in Netarhat, Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation (JTDC) is also working on a plan to run a bus from Ranchi between Lodh Fall, Sugga Dam, Netarhat and Betla.

For the promotion of tourism in Netarhat in the current financial year, the State Government has approved a plan of Rs 4,14,66000. It is 8 km away from Netarhaat is the Sunset Point in the beautiful plains of the mountains. There is a story that at this place, Magnolia had jumped into the valley along with the horse in separation from the local shepherd. That's why this sunset point was named Magnolia Sun Set Point.
