Community-brothers should take a pledge that they will not allow insult of daughters. Will work with full force for their empowerment. He stressed that today at the social level, necessary arrangements have to be made for the poor students at the big education centres to make their hard work and their talent meaningful. The Kirar society has been mainly engaged in agriculture and allied activities. Dharnidhar Bhagwan Balram who fills India's grain reserves in the form of a farmer holding a plough is the respected deity worshipped by this society. Along with social progress, the representation of Samaj in other areas is increasing. When any society moves ahead, the country also moves forward.
