All preparations have been made for the swearing-in ceremony of the newly designated Chief Minister of the state.
New Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and his cabinet colleagues will take oath at the swearing-in ceremony scheduled held at Motilal Nehru Stadium on Wednesday.
The swearing-in ceremony would be organized in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Cooperation and Home Minister Amit Shah and National Party President JP Nadda.
Bharatiya Janata Party State President and MP Vishnudutt Sharma said this during a discussion with the media on Tuesday.
Before this, the State President along with Organization General Secretary Hitanand and party officials took stock of the ongoing preparations at the venue.
State President Vishnudutt Sharma said that in the recently concluded assembly elections, Bharatiya Janata Party has got a historic majority under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the strategy of Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and the guidance of National President JP Nadda. Dr. Mohan Yadav, the elected Chief Minister of the new government, will take oath in a ceremony to be held on Wednesday.
Among the invited dignitaries Yogi Adinath (UP), Devendra Fadnavis (Maharashtra),Bhupendra Patel (Gujarat), N Biren Singh (Manipur), Neiphiu Rio(Nagaland), Conrad Sangma(Meghalaya), Eknath Shinde(Maharashtra), Ajit Pawar(Maharashtra).
As per its tradition, the Ministry Service Officer Employees Union will welcome the Chief Minister at the main gate on his first visit to the Ministry on Wednesday. On this occasion, all the officials of the Sangh, officials and employees of the Ministry will be present.
Patron of the union Sudhir Nayak said that it has been the tradition of the Ministry Service Officers Employees Union that the union has always welcomed the newly appointed Chief Minister to the ministry on his arrival for the first time. The same tradition will be repeated on Wednesday also. Let us tell you that Mohan Yadav, elected to the 16th Assembly, has been nominated as the Chief Minister. He will take oath as the Chief Minister on Wednesday afternoon and after this he will reach the Ministry directly from Moti Lal Nehru Stadium and take charge.
The swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister will be held on Wednesday at Motilal Nehru Ground in Bhopal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda will also participate in it. Big leaders including the PM will come to Lal Parade Ground directly from the airport by helicopter, but other VIPs will come to the ceremony via road.
The routes through which they will pass are being paved. Even the branches of trees are being cut. So, VIPs do not face any problem while passing.
Most of the VIPs will reach Motilal Nehru Ground from the airport via Lalghati, VIP Road, Polytechnic Road. Therefore, preparations continued throughout the day on Tuesday. Dust was cleaned from VIP Road and other roads through the corporation's sweeping machines and asphalt was also done on the roads.
On Tuesday, asphalting was done from Polytechnic College to Raj Bhavan. The road here was crumbling. Apart from this, asphalting is also being done on other roads.
Trees are also being pruned from the roadside. The branches of many trees in front of Ravindra Bhawan were removed.
