In presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Governor Mangubhai Patel today administered an oath of office and secrecy to Dr Mohan Yadav as the Chief Minister in a grand swearing-in ceremony at Motilal Nehru Stadium Bhopal.
Governor Patel administered an oath of office and secrecy to Jagdish Dewra and Rajendra Shukla as Deputy Chief Ministers.
The grand swearing-in ceremony was attended by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and Union Civil Aviation and Steel Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Chief Ministers of many states. Newly elected MLAs, office bearers of the state, division, district and block levels of the Bharatiya Janata Party and lakhs of workers, volunteers and citizens attended the swearing-in ceremony.
Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana conducted the swearing-in ceremony, which began with the playing of the national anthem by the police band. Prominent sages and saints of the country also participated in the ceremony.

Patton attended.
National General Secretary B L Santosh, Joint National General Secretary BJP Shivkumar, National President BJP JP Nadda, Former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, former Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, former Union Minister Prahlad Patel, former Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste, former Minister Narottam Mishra, former Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya and a large number of public representatives were present. People from across the state with grreat enthusiasm greeted the Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The police band played national anthem to conclude the ceremony.
