Martyrs Ashfaqullah Khan, Ramprasad Bismil and Thakur Roshan Singh were great warriors of the freedom struggle and true sons of the country. Congress Working President Shakeel Ahmed said these things while paying tribute to these martyrs on their Martyrdom Day on Tuesday. Lohardaga residents paid tribute to the memory of the three martyrs at the Shaheed Ashfaqullah Khan Memorial located at Bagdu Mor in Lohardaga.
Shakeel Ahmed said that along with great revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh and Chandrashekhar Azad, all three of them made a big contribution in the country's freedom struggle. The speakers said that the sacrifices and sacrifices of the three revolutionaries to liberate the country are an example of communal unity and patriotism for the present young generations. The martyrs did not take anything from the country but sacrificed everything for the country. CPI(ML) leader Mahesh Kumar Singh said that today's young generation should not weaken the country by getting into disputes and fights in the name of religion and caste.
The friendship of Ram Prasad Bismil and Ashfaq Ullah Khan and their martyrdom together for the freedom of the motherland is a great legacy of communal harmony and history. Both were good poets and friends. Teacher Mumtaz Ahmed said that today we are breathing open air because of these great sons. Many people including Mohammad Aftab, Parvez Ansari, Saheb Khalifa, Anwar Khan, Annu Khan, Rustam Khan, Asghar Khan, President of Jharkhand Agitating Mahasabha City Committee Rustam Khan, Asghar Khan, Firoz Khan were present on the occasion.
