Continuing its tirade against rampant corruption in State, the BJP state president and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi today addressed a rally at Sahibganj. Marandi termed the JMM/Congress  alliance government as a corrupt government and said that Congress, JMM and RJD parties together made Jharkhand hollow. These parties have looting with open hands. Money being sent by the Prime Minister is also being misappropriated. He said that Hemant Soren is MLA from Barhait but the condition of this district is worse.

He said that Prime Minister Modi sent food grains during Covid pandemic but it was also not properly distributed. Action is not being taken against those who steal food grains being sent for the poor because the commission goes to the Chief Minister. Stone, sand, coal, iron are all being sold by brokers and middlemen. But the lease was not given to the tribals. He resolved to overthrow the corrupt Hemant government in the coming times.

He said that we have to take a pledge to do development work in Jharkhand, remove poverty, illiteracy, displacement and overthrow the corrupt Hemant government. He said that whenever the government was formed under the leadership of BJP, the development work in the state has progressed rapidly. He said that by making a successful Prime Minister who cares for the poor as the Prime Minister for the third time in 2024, your unfulfilled dreams will be fulfilled. We have to strengthen the hands of the Prime Minister by winning the Rajmahal seat.

Addressing the gathering, Marandi said that the Prime Minister worries about the poor and the Chief Minister worries about saving the family, brokers, corrupt officials. He said that action is not being taken against those who commit murder and rape in the state. Hemant Soren has engaged the policemen who have been following the law in brokerage and extortion. He said that the Prime Minister has said that corruption has to be ended, but in Jharkhand only corrupt people are sitting in power.

Marandi said that the demography of Sahebganj Pakur is changing. Bangladeshis are being settled in these areas. He said that if the BJP government is formed, Bangladeshis will be thrown out selectively. At the same time, he said that those who have done the work of resettlement will be sent to jail. Thousands of people including MLA Anant Ojha, District President Ram Daras Yadav participated in the meeting.
