On Tuesday, under the 15th Tribal Youth Exchange Program being run during the year 2023-24, courtesy of Central Reserve Police Force 158th Corps and Nehru Yuva Kendra, Lohardaga, 10 male and 10 female students from Lohardaga, a total of 20 youth were sent to Bangalore ( Sent to participate in the Tribal Cultural Exchange Program organized in Karnataka). Where they will get an opportunity to meet the tribal youth coming from other parts of the country, to know about their lifestyle, culture, regional characteristics and to make others aware about the culture and lifestyle of Lohardaga (Jharkhand). In a one-week cultural exchange programme, they will get an opportunity to participate in various types of cultural and educational programs and visit sites of historical importance. After participating in this program, they will develop a better understanding about the cultural diversity and unity of the country. To guide them in their journey to Bangalore (Karnataka), one male and one female member have been appointed from the Central Reserve Police Force. They will stay with them during the journey and program and will help or support them as per requirement. Till now 158 btt. 140 boys and girls have been sent by CRPF to different parts of the country. The contingent going to Bangalore (Karnataka) was flagged off by CRPF 158th Battalion Commandant Rahul Kumar and officials of Nehru Yuva Kendra. In this program, officers and soldiers of 158 battalion along with Abdul Farooq Khan of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Lohardaga, Accounts and Program Assistant and their other officials were present.
