Prime Minister Modi on Saturday virtually flagged off the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in 5 states including Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Modi said that the government is making arrangements for a permanent roof for every family. More than 4 crore houses have been built under the housing scheme in the last 9 years. Special complexes are being built for the rental house scheme. Full care is being taken of the poor and middle class in cities. The public transport system is being modernized.
Prime Minister Modi said that one month has passed since the Sankalp Yatra started in India. Till now this journey has reached thousands of villages and about one and a half thousand cities.
