A workshop ‘Horizon’ for newly promoted supervisors of Bhopal Unit, FSIP Jagdishpur, TP Jhansi & and Power Sector Eastern Region to ensure a smooth transition to the new role and readiness to contribute proactively in his / her new role was inaugurated the other day.
For the promoted supervisors of this year, HRD inaugurated a 6- day HORIZON programme at Vishwakarma Hall, HRD workshop, BHEL Bhopal. The Programme was inaugurated by Shri BK Singh, GM (HR). Smt Swagata Saxena AGM HOD (HRD) and other Officials were also present on this occasion.
The program will impart knowledge in various subjects covering Vision, Mission & Values, Business Scenario & Challenges, Business Communication, Achievement Orientation, Personal Finance, Safety & HSE guidelines, Promotion of Hindi language, Team building & conflict Management, Developing Quality Consciousness using case study method, Customer Focus, Health Awareness, Preventive Vigilance, Customer focus, Pragati Deergha etc.
