The Uttarakhand High Court (HC) on Wednesday rejected the bail application of Pulkit Arya, the main accused in the Ankita Bhandari murder case.
Hearing the bail application the bench of Justice Ravindra Maithani said that all the witnesses in the lower court have claimed that the accused was present at the spot and they had forced the victim to provide VIP service .
The court observed that in the forensic report the location of the accused was found at the spot where crime occurred and the deceased in her WhatsApp chat has also made a mention of it.
