Guv inaugurates National Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp

Governor Mangubhai Patel has said that the hard work done by women in the field of entrepreneurship has increased their confidence. Determination and power are the identity of the power of woman.

Maatrushakti is putting in its best of hard work to achieve goals. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is moving forward with the vision of women’s development. The Union Budget also underlines the same thing. Women are getting global platform from G-20. Today, one woman out of 5 entrepreneurs, is emerging in the field of development.

Self-help groups have done remarkable work in the matter of economic development of women. Many underprivileged women have proved themselves and contributed not only to the family but also to the country’s economy.

The daughters and sisters who are moving forward through self-help groups are also discharging family responsibilities. Mudra and Startup Schemes by the central government have opened up new dimensions of women’s development. He said that this awareness program for entrepreneurship will further accelerate the learning process.

Prior to this, Governor Mangubhai Patel and the guests inaugurated the one-day Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp of Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship and National Commission for Women at Vikram Kirti Mandir Ujjain by lighting the lamp. Union Minister of State for Child, Women and Child Development Munjpara Mahendrabhai said that the Central Government is moving on the agenda of women’s development. The work of their empowerment is being given top priority. Today there is a need to develop such an ecosystem through which capacity building of women entrepreneurs can be done. The Central Government’s Mudra Yojana, Startup Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan accounts have done remarkable work in empowering women.

Chairperson National Commission for Women Rekha Sharma said that women constitute half of the country’s population, if we leave them behind then economic progress will be hindered. Today, women are at the forefront of startups in India. Not only this, 60 percent women are running their enterprises by taking loans. The central government has also implemented many schemes for women. There is a need for a networking platform for women, where they can express themselves. Also, their mentorship is also highly needed.

Director Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship Sunil Shukla said that the way India is developing in the last 10 years, the participation of women is apparent. The Institute of Entrepreneurship has been working continuously in the country for 40 years. Women are becoming more conscious and becoming inclined towards entrepreneurship. He said that entrepreneurs are not born but made. He said that his organization is working for this purpose. Smt. Meenakshi Negi, Member Secretary, National Commission for Women gave the welcome address.
