Camps are being organized in every village panchayat and officials are present in these camps and giving benefits of the schemes to the needy. Earlier also during the camps organized in 2021 and 2022, government received lakhs of applications. Many types of problems of the people came to light and keeping in mind the needs of these applications, an action plan was prepared. If the state is to be strengthened then the villages will have to be strengthened. For this purpose, plans started being made according to the rural environment. Chief Minister Hemant Soren said these things while highlighting the achievements of State Government at Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar" organized at Nutandih of Nala block of Jamtara.

Soren said that state has moved forward with challenges. Tribals, Dalits, backward classes, minorities struggle all their lives and that is why considering the condition of all sections of the community including the tribals and indigenous people in unified Bihar, they fought a long battle for a separate Jharkhand state under the leadership of respected Dishom Guru Shibu Soren. And we all got a separate Jharkhand state.

The Chief Minister said that everyone needs food, clothing and shelter. The state government has now decided to give one kg of pulses along with grains to the ration card holders. The Chief Minister said that the Central Government showed inability to provide housing to our 8 lakh eligible families. Our government had requested several times to provide housing benefit to these eight lakh families but the housing was not allotted by the Central Government. Now the state government has taken the decision and started Abua Housing Scheme. So that housing can be available to more than 8 lakh needy families. To avail the benefits of Abua Awas Yojana, needy people must apply in this camp, under this the state government will provide three-room accommodation. The Chief Minister said that the state government is providing dhoti, saree and lungi to every poor at Rs 10 twice a year.

The Chief Minister said that all the problems have not been solved yet but our government is working with urgency to solve every problem. The Chief Minister said that after separation of the state, only 15 lakh people used to get pension in 20 years. In the last four  years, we have worked to provide pension benefits to 36 lakh 30 thousand people. In the last 4 years, we have worked to cover more than 20 lakh farmers with KCC cards. The Chief Minister said that every problem will be solved. Today we are engaged in strengthening this state so that in the coming few years, Jharkhand develops so much strength that it will be able to face every challenge and will be able to erase the stigma of backwardness.

The Chief Minister said that under the Cycle Distribution Scheme, money is being sent through DBT. Earlier, a cycle worth Rs 3500 was given, now Rs 4500 is being given to the students studying in schools for purchasing the cycle. This amount is going directly into the accounts of the children. The Chief Minister said that your government is providing financial support for higher education after 10th and 12th through Guruji Student Credit Card Scheme. Your government will become the guarantee of this economic cooperation. To ensure that the coming generation becomes strong, construction of an excellent school has been started. At present 80 excellent schools have been started. The number of excellent schools will be increased to 5000, where the children of poor and farmers can get better education.

The Chief Minister said that the appointment plan is ready. Some people are trying to disrupt the appointment. The government has also abolished the application fees to be paid for the examination. The youth do not have to worry about this. For the first time, we successfully took two JPSC examinations and the successful people have also been posted. Today more than 90 percent people are succeeding in it and unlike earlier, people from other states used to appear in the examination and get success.

The Chief Minister said that cashew trees are visible in abundance here. In the 80's Santal Pargana was covered with cashew trees. But at that time the people here were not able to use its fruit, now by processing its fruit with modern technology it can be used as a means of increasing income. In this regard, instructions have been given to the Forest Divisional Officer. People will get the right benefit from it. Under the Abua Bir Abua Dishom campaign, people can also plant fruit trees in government land. As long as that fruit tree remains, you will remain its owner. Through this campaign, work is being done to cover people with forest cover.

The Chief Minister said that approval has been given for 500 km rural road in Jamtara district which will be built at a cost of Rs 300 crore. Also, under the Road Construction Department, approval has been given for 220 km high level road which will be built at a cost of about Rs 250 crore. The tender process has been completed at many places. The quality of the Birbindiya bridge built earlier was not so good, hence it could not last even for 10-15 years. Today our government has again approved the construction of Birbindia Bridge which will be built at a cost of about Rs 270 crore.

The Chief Minister said that the village heads have said this after increasing their honorarium. The government is concerned about everything. We will work with time.
