For this, the government has been organizing camps for the last three years and giving benefits of schemes to the needy. Ever since our government came into existence in the state, we have been working with commitment to protect the rights of the tribals and indigenous people here, “ added Soren. The government got the 1932 based planning policy passed by the Assembly for the rights of tribals and indigenous people. But legal hurdles were deliberately put in it, but our efforts for 1932 based planning policy will continue. Chief Minister Hemant Soren said these today at the 'Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar' program organized at Sonabad in Chas, Bokaro. The Chief Minister said that the government is adding every straw for the prosperity of the state.
The Chief Minister said that only after the formation of the state, all the needy were to be linked to the pension scheme. But before 2019, the elderly, destitute and disabled people kept longing for pension. Till the year 2019, only 15 lakh people were being given pension benefits in the state. Your government did the work of giving pension to 37 lakh people in just four years. Today the elderly, destitute and disabled have been linked to pension. Before the year 2019, no one did the work of wiping the tears of the farmers but instead the work was done to make them cry. In the last 20 years after the formation of the state, 08 lakh farmers were linked to KCC. Our government covered 20 lakh farmers with Kisan Credit Card (KCC) in 04 years.
The Chief Minister said that the objective of Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana is to keep the daughters of the state connected with education. For this, about eight lakh daughters of the state have been linked to the scheme. The government was also supporting their higher education. It has been decided to implement Guruji Student Credit Card Scheme. This will facilitate the students of the state to get education in Engineering, Medical, Law, Research etc. Loan up to Rs 15 lakh will be available. The state government will become the guarantor for this. The government is trying to ensure the availability of quality education as per the education system with time.
The Chief Minister said that the weather is constantly changing, which impacts the farmers the most. Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Vikas Yojana, Didi Bari Yojana are being run to provide economic benefits to the farmers in addition to farming, the benefits of which the farmers must take advantage of. Also, under the Livestock Development Scheme, the government is also providing buffaloes in addition to cows. In the past, sick animals were given to farmers. Now our government is giving insured animals to the farmers here so that in case of any untoward incident, the animal farmers can be supported by paying the insurance amount.
At the Apke Sarkar Apke Dwar, approval for construction of 200 km road under 850 km Rural Road and Road Construction Department in Bokaro was made.
In the organized program, 3461 under Birsa Irrigation Well Scheme, 298 under Birsa Green Village Scheme, 434 under Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme, 2210 under Cycle Scheme, 4515 under Chief Minister Livestock Development Scheme, 1250 under Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana.
