Governor Mangubhai Patel administered the oath of Protem Speaker of the Legislative Assembly to Gopal Bhargav at Raj Bhavan. The oath taking ceremony was held in the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Deora, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla were also present in the ceremony. The oath ceremony programme was conducted by Principal Secretary Legislative Assembly Awadhesh Pratap Singh.
On this occasion, MLAs, Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana, Director General of Police Sudhir Kumar Saxena, Additional Chief Secretary Vinod Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Governor D.P. Ahuja, Legislative Assembly officials and other officials were present.
