Regional Museum of Natural History, Bhopal (A Regional Centre of National Museum of Natural History, New Delhi) inaugurated Temporary Exhibition on "Save Soil to Save Livelihood" under LiFE Mission on Friday.
Dr Sanjay Srivastava, Principal Scientist, Indian Institute of Soil Sciences, Bhopal (ICAR) was the chief guest of the programme.
Soil - A Treasure, Formation of Soil, Components of Soil, Type of Soil, Soil Profile, Function of Soil, Causes of Soil Degradation, Consequences of Soil Degradation, Methods of Soil Conservation, Soil - A Key to Sustainable Future, What Can We Do to Save Soil etc. are displayed through panels in this exhibition.

Chief Guest, Scientist-in-charge and others guests also released the publications of museum namely "Millets: A Healthy Lifestyle" (bilingual) detailing the information on Millets and "Save Soil to Save Livelihood" (bilingual) detailing the information on Soil.
