Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha, chaired a meeting on the preparation of the state level program to be organized at Morhabadi Ground on 29 December 2023. Deputy Development Commissioner, Dinesh Kumar Yadav, ITDA Director Sudhir Bada, DRDA Director Ramvriksh Mahato, District Nazarat Deputy Collector Kewal Krishna Aggarwal, District Welfare Officer Sangeeta Sharan, District Social Welfare Officer were present in the meeting held in the Deputy Commissioner's office room at the Collectorate. Shweta Bharti, District Education Superintendent, DPM JSLPS and other concerned officials were present.
The successful organization of the program was discussed in the meeting. Sinha said that in the program, assets will be distributed among the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes of the government under the Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar program. He instructed the concerned officer to prepare the list of beneficiaries of various schemes.
The DC said that an exhibition of various state level schemes run by the Jharkhand government is to be organised. For this, he instructed the senior officials of the concerned department to make necessary preparations.
Instructions were given by the DC to prepare the list of beneficiaries of the government's ambitious schemes like Guruji Credit Card Scheme, Abua Awas Yojana, Gram Gaadi Yojana, Cycle Distribution, Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, Phulo Jhano Ashirwad Abhiyan, Sarvajan Pension Yojana etc.
The DC said that special attention should be paid to the decoration at the venue. Necessary instructions were given by him to the concerned officer regarding the arrangements for preparation of the program, operation of the stage etc at Morabadi ground.
Meanwhile, another meeting of District Level Forest Rights Cell was organized by the DC for the smooth implementation of Abua Veer Dishom Campaign.
In the meeting, Project Director Integrated Tribal Development Agency Ranchi, Sudhir Bada, District Welfare Officer Ranchi, Sangeeta Sharan, Sub-Divisional Officer Bundu, Sandeep Anurag Topno, Forest Division Officer Ranchi Forest Division Ranchi, Assistant Forest Conservator Khuti Forest Division, Planning Manager, Sajid Khan and all the circle officers of the district and all the concerned officers were present through video conference.
The Jharkhand government is now trying to give new rights to the tribals and other non-tribal communities living in the forests of Jharkhand. Abua Veer Dishom Abhiyan is an ambitious plan of the state government, in which the tribals and all other people dependent on forests Individual and community forest resources are to be provided with forest rights lease. Regarding this, the DC reviewed the progress from all the concerned officers and all the circle officers of Ranchi district and took information about the progress. All of them were instructed to pay special attention to providing individual and community forest resource forest rights leases to the tribals and all other people dependent on forests. Whatever such claims have been received, work towards getting them executed.
