An interaction program was organized by the Human Resource Development Department for the management trainees of 2022 and 2023 batch with Atanu Bhowmik, Director in-charge of Bokaro Steel Plant and RSP , in Trainees Hostel No. 01.
Lakshmi Das, Chief General Manager (Technical) of the Director-in-Charge Office, Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager of Human Resource Development Department, Manish Jalota, Neeta Ba, and Anil Kumar including General Manager, Deputy General Manager were present in the program along with the Executive Directors . A total of 25 management trainees participated in the dialogue program.
Director in-charge Atanu Bhowmik took feedback from the young managers and motivated them to become efficient managers. Notably Young managers also gave suggestions about their workplace during the program which made session interactive with value additional.
