For those seeking property in the national capital, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA)on Wednesday announced a mega e-auction for prime plots, CNG sites, built up shops, kiosks and mobile tower sites and registration is open till November 6.

 Giving details of the auction, officials said here it is the 18th phase of mega auction and the DDA has invited bids for 50 institutional plots, including 20 religious sites on leasehold basis, 12 industrial plots, 46 residential plots, 2 Group Housing Plots, 28 commercial plots and 19 small size residential plots at Rohini, all on freehold basis. Besides these, bids have also been invited for 2 CNG/Green Fuel

sites and 4 gas godowns on annual license fee, 145 freehold built up shops, 13 freehold Janak Place shops, 15 Kiosks, 16 Mobile Tower sites and 105 function sites on monthly license fee.

The DDA has provided QR codes in the advertisement which are also being run on the social media platforms. By scanning these QR codes, all relevant information can be accessed. Interested bidders are required to register and then participate in the auction process online only through https://ddaeauction.ewizard.in and www.dda.gov.in.  Digital signature is mandatory for participation in the e auction.

 The DDA has set-up a help desk in its office at the Nagrik Suvidha Kendra, Vikas Sadan, INA to help addressing queries and for providing assistance in obtaining digital signatures, registration/training of prospective bidders. The help desk can be approached from Monday to Friday, 11 Am to 5 PM.

Bidding for function sites, kiosks, mobile tower sites, CNG/Green fuel sites and Institutional plots will take place on November 07 while bidding for industrial, residential and small size residential plots will take place on November 8.
