CM gifts schemes over Rs 773.30 Cr to Hazaribag residents

This government is not running from closed and air conditioned rooms of Delhi and Ranchi but from villages and panchayats. In villages where there is no access road, officials are reaching there with full force with a bundle of schemes and are working to benefit you. This trend will continue further also,” said Chief Minister Hemant Soren while addressing the program organized under the ongoing third phase of "Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar" in Tetriya village of Ichaak block of Hazaribagh on Monday.

The CM said that "Aapki Yojana - Aapki Sarkar - Aapke Dwar" is such a mega campaign in which the problems of the common people are being solved by organizing camps in villages and panchayats. Here people are being made aware of the government schemes and being given its benefits. I am also continuously participating in camps and trying to see how people are taking benefits of the government's welfare schemes. I am happy that there is a festival like atmosphere in these camps. People are very excited to join the government schemes.

The CM said that every person should get information about the welfare schemes of the government. To ensure that no one remains untouched by the schemes due to lack of information, booklets related to government welfare schemes will be distributed among school children. These children will tell their parents about the schemes through this booklet so that they can take advantage of the schemes they need.

He said that the government is making concerted efforts for the empowerment of all sections of the society. Many more schemes like Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana, Birsa Harit Gram Yojana and Didi Bari Yojana are running for farmers and livestock farmers. Under the Chief Minister Self-Employment Creation Scheme, capital is being provided to the youth who want to do business. Women are becoming self-reliant and self-reliant by joining government schemes. Many schemes are going on for the safety and welfare of workers. Employment is being provided to the youth on a large scale in government and private sector. The government is completing 4 years on 29th December. On this occasion, 8 to 9 thousand youth will get appointment letters.

The CM said that Jharkhand is a young state. This state will turn 25 in the year 2025. We have set the goal that in the coming two years, we will make Jharkhand such a powerful state that it will be capable of doing everything on its own. There will be no need to ask from anyone. People will get their full rights and entitlements and will be able to live a happy life.

He said that the dependence on DVC for power supply in some districts including Hazaribag will end very soon. The state government will ensure that there is 24-hour uninterrupted power supply in all these districts. Today, more than one lakh electricity consumers in Hazaribag district alone are getting the benefit of 100 units of free electricity.

The CM said that a network of roads is being laid in the entire state. 15 thousand kilometers of rural roads are being built. At the same time, connectivity is being strengthened to connect every village with the block and district headquarters. The government has started the Mukhyamantri Gram Gaadi Yojana. Through this scheme, now transportation facilities will be available from village to city. Elderly, disabled, women, students and Jharkhand agitators will be able to avail this transport service free of cost.

The CM said that every poor person in the state will have his own house. The government will fulfill the dream of 8 lakh poor people to have their own homes under the Abua Housing Scheme. If needed, the scope of this scheme will be expanded further so that no poor person remains without his own house.

On this occasion, the CM inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 536 schemes worth Rs 773 crore 30 lakh 10 thousand. In this, the foundation stone of 334 schemes worth Rs 537 crore 6 lakh 80 thousand was laid, while the inauguration of 202 schemes worth Rs 236 crore 23 lakh 30 thousand was completed. At the same time, assets worth Rs 247 crore 81 lakh 40 thousand 98 were distributed among 2 lakh 47 thousand 842 beneficiaries of various schemes.

On this occasion, Ministers Alamgir Alam and Satyanand Bhokta, MLAs Umashankar Akela, Amit Kumar Yadav and Amba Prasad, Jharkhand State Coordination Committee member Fagu Besra, Secretary to the Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Divisional Commissioner Suman Catherine Kispotta, Deputy Inspector General of Police Narendra Kumar Singh. And other officials including the Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police of the district were present.
