People will be able to complain about mobile theft online in the state capital as now in case of mobile theft, Citizen Cop will be able to register a complaint by using the application.

Training was given to the Head Constable posted in Bhopal police stations for information related to the application. So that the complainant does not have to worry about getting stuck in two police stations after the mobile goes missing. The complainant will directly complain on the application itself and will receive a copy of the complaint on email.

In the control room of Bhopal, on Wednesday the HCMs of all the police stations were trained on the Citizen Cop application so that they can train the complainant regarding the complaint of missing mobile.

The developers of the application were also present during the training. Cellphone Unit of Cyber Crime Cell of Bhopal district is taking continuous and effective action for reporting missing mobiles and their return. But for civic amenities, it has become necessary that the complainant gets a copy of the report in every police station.

The complainant will be able to report the loss of mobile on the Citizen Coop application itself and will receive a copy of the complaint by email. Often, after losing the mobile, the complainant gets confused between two police stations, which increases his problem and makes it difficult to report.

In view of the problems of the common citizens, the Police Commissioner Bhopal has released the Citizen Cop application. Through which the complaint of missing mobile can be made.
