After the Kolkata high court recent decision INTUC finally got its position with four permanent and four alternate members on board after two years since the current JBCCI was notified in 2021 with four trade unions including BMS, CITU, AITUC and HMS.
According to the CIL notification Kumar Jaimangal Singh, QA Zama, S Pradhan and BJ Prasad happen to be four permanent members from. INTUC and Ak Jha, C Banerjee, BN Bist and GN Singh as alternate members.
The CIL has called a meeting for finalising the National Coal Wage Agreement on the aforementioned date that still is pending.
