The family members of Late Amitabh Choudhary, ex-President JSCA and former Acting Secretary BCCI, registered an FIR against officials of the JSCA at Dhurwa Station on Monday. The FIR alleges that various valuable properties kept inside Amitabh Choudhary’s expansive office suite in JSCA Stadium were removed by the accused persons. The properties listed as being stolen include bond and bank deposit papers, large amount of cash from sale of agricultural land in Bihar, gifts from JPSC and BCCI, etc.
The FIR names as accused Debashish Chakraborty (Secretary JSCA), Rajiv Badhan (Treasurer JSCA), Rajiv Kumar Singh (Advocate Patna High Court and Legal Advisor JSCA), Rajesh Verma alias Bobby (ex-Secretary JSCA), Congress leader Ajay Nath Shah Deo (ex-Vice President JSCA) and former police constable Ranjit Kumar Singh.
The FIR, which has been filed by the wife of Late Amitabh Choudhary, alleges that when family members visited the office on 15th and 16th September 2022, the office suite was locked by the JSCA officials, who ran away with the key from the stadium’s back entrance.
It alleges that on 17th September 2022, when Amitabh Choudhary’s son Abhishek Choudhary went to the stadium, the contents of the entire room had been wiped out. When Amitabh Choudhary’s son enquired about his father’s properties, the accused JSCA officials misbehaved with him and threatened him with dire consequences. The FIR has been registered under Sections 406, 424, 379, 504 and 34 of IPC.
