The Bank of Baroda seized four immovable properties in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur district to recover a loan, the bank said on Tuesday.
Advocate Commissioner Mahesh Kumar Pandey said the action was taken with a police force present at the site. The outstanding amount from the bank will be recovered by auctioning the properties and legal action will be taken as well, the bank said.
