Blankets are being distributed in mining areas under the Hindalco CSR program among the elderly and needy to protect them from the increasing cold. 150 blankets were distributed in Bagdu under the leadership of senior officer of CSR department Bhaskar Sinha. This was done to the celibates studying in Gurukul Shanti Ashram in the presence of CSR head Neeraj Kumar and Acharya Sharachchandra Arya.
On this occasion, Assistant General Manager Raj Sinha said that the blanket will be helpful in protecting against the increasing cold. Similarly, General Manager Security in Gurdari, Ajay Pandey was present in the blanket distribution program. CSR Head Neeraj Kumar, who is directing the Hindalco CSR program, said that the mining areas like Bagdu, Pakhar, Serengdag, Bimarla, Chirodih, Kujam, Gurdari, Amtipani etc. and Tori and Under the leadership of CSR officers, 1200 blankets are being distributed among the elderly and the extremely needy in the villages near Richughuta Siding.
It is hoped that distribution of blankets will provide relief to people from the cold. The blanket distribution program is being carried out with the help of Bhaskar Sinha, Bhaskar Das Gupta, Ramavatar Paswan, Abhay Bharti, Rakesh Tiwari, Manoj Chaudhary, Deepak Singh, Birendra Yadav, Khudiya Kumar and other colleagues.
