A Comprehensive Integrated Online Township e-payments through SBI Payment Gateway System was inaugurated by Executive Director Rajeev Singh BHEL Bhopal the other day in a meeting at Administrative Building. The System has been completed by joint effort of Township & Digital Transformation Group. Singh praised the effort and urged to implement the system in other e-collection services like Customer Cash Collection etc.
The Online SBI Payment Gateway System provides Real-time E-Payment platform for Customer Payments for Township Revenues / Electricity / Rent / Other Charges / Bills through various modes like PayTM/UPI /Credit / Debit Cards and G-pay. The System has various MIRs which will help to monitor real-time payment status of various Township customers online. This will reduce Township payment process cycle time and improve efficiency. General Manager (HR) BK Singh & GM (CMG, PMG, CC & DTG) Gautam Majumdar and respective HODs along with various officials of HR, Township & DTG, Chief Manager SBI LHO and representative from Reliance Jio were present during the function.
