Ayodhya Nagar police have nabbed two miscreants and recovered 6 two wheelers worth Rs 4.20 lakh from their possession; accused used to open handle locks using duplicate keys, they used to steal vehicles for drugs and personal hobbies.
To curb the incidents of vehicle theft in the city and arrest the accused a team was formed and which recieved information of two accused who were tracked and arrested. A total of 6 two-wheelers were stolen from the accused which were reported in Ayodhya Nagar police station and other police stations of the city.
Earlier on November 11 Rahul Yadav reported that near Ayodhya Nagar liquor shop, his Honda bike bearing registration number MP04AM9486 was stolen and based on the information a case under section 379 of the IPC was registered and started investigation.
In the investigation 2 suspects were caught with a vehicle from near Arjun Nagar Tiraha, who were identified as Faizan Abbasi (20) and Hrithik Thakur (20) who confessed stealing of the motorbike.
Later in the investigation five two wheelers were also recovered.
Meanwhile Gandhinagar police have arrested the accused involved in theft from Hanuman temple and recovered valuables worth Rs 55000.
On December 17 Harinarayan Meena reported that two silver crowns offered to Lord Hanuman and 01 small idols of Lord Hanuman were stolen by some unknown person from the Hanuman temple situated in village Laukhedi.
During the investigation, on the information of the informer, one accused Harish Kushwaha was detained and interrogated from Laukhedi Suraj Nagar, who said that he along with another associate Deepak Mali had committed the incident.
