ADG Jaideep Prasad conducts review meeting of Indore division

Review meeting with police officers of Indore division conducted by ADGP Jaideep Prasad, officer in-charge of Indore division. He Reviewed the work and functioning of the police of all the districts of the division and gave necessary guidelines.

. Emphasis was laid on always making efforts to ensure that the people of Indore get a transparent, clean and people-oriented police administration.

For effective monitoring and supervision and review of law and order and police work at the divisional level by the  Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh Government. With the aim of controlling crimes and better law and order and to further improve and tighten the functioning of the police, additional police Director General (Narcotics), Police Headquarters, Bhopal,  Jaideep Prasad has been appointed officer in-charge of Indore division.

In continuation of the instructions given by the Honorable Chief Minister Mohan Yadav a meeting of the police officers of the division was organized by the officer in-charge of Indore division, Additional Director General of Police  Jaideep Prasad to review the functioning of the police of all the districts of Indore division and the work being done by them was held on Monday in the auditorium of Police Commissioner's Office, Indore.

In the said meeting, Police Commissioner Urban Indore  Makrand Deuskar, Inspector General of Police Indore Range (Rural)  Rakesh Gupta, Additional Commissioner of Police  Indore Manish Kapuria, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime/Headquarters) Indore Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Deputy Inspector General of Police Indore Range (Rural)  Rajesh Hingankar and all the Deputy Commissioners of Police posted in urban Indore, all the districts of Indore division - Indore (Rural), Dhar, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Superintendents of Police and other officers of Khargone, Khandwa, Barwani, Burhanpur were present.

During this, ADGP  Jaideep Prasad had a detailed discussion on all the issues including crime control, law and order, action against mafias and organized criminals and work being done for better policing by all the districts including Indore Police Commissionerate. And to curb the crimes in the state, effective action against mafias and organized criminals, effective action against loudspeakers to curb crimes against women and their safety, effective action against loudspeakers to control noise pollution and better policing in the interest of society etc. are all the priorities of the Chief Minister. On the instructions given to the police, how the police is working was reviewed in detail.

After the review, ADGP  said that all the officers and employees of all the districts of Indore division and Police Commissionerate Indore are working diligently and diligently on all the priorities for better policing and many initiatives have been taken by the police to further improve the functioning of the police. Innovations have also been made, which are yielding good results.

The action being taken to curb the current trend of increasing cyber crimes and illegal drugs and addiction is satisfactory. But we need to work on controlling it by taking appropriate legal action.
