A free medical camp was organized for the needy patients suffering from varicose veins disease on Thursday at Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Center’s (BMHRC) health center no. 3. In the camp, Dr. Radheshyam Meena, Assistant Professor and Interventional Radiologist, Dept of Radiology, BMHRC consulted 162 patients. In the camp medicines also provided to the patients and told them the measures for prevention of this disease.
On this occasion, Director incharge, BMHRC Dr. Manisha Shrivastava said, “In the coming days, Health camps will be organized in other health centers also for testing, treatment and prevention of other diseases. BMHRC has modern facilities for the treatment of varicose veins. Here, interventional radiologists treat patients without any incision using state-of-the-art laser technology”.
