Vigilance Awareness Week concludes
Faridabad: Valedictory function of the Vigilance Awareness Week was held at POWERGRID,NR-I, RHQ, Faridabad in a remarkable manner. During the Valedictory Ceremony, distinguished Chief Guest, Sh. Sharad Kumar, DIG, CISF, Faridabad graced the occasion and Sh. A.K. Mishra, ED (NR-I) welcomed the Chief Guest. A.K. Mishra, ED, NR-I briefed the significance of celebration of Vigilance Awareness Week, as it coincides with the birthday of the Bismarck of India, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel as he represents the best values in the Indian tradition so far as the Governance is concerned. He emphasized the need for the employees to follow the principle of transparency, value of ethics & truthfulness in their life sphere. The art of good governance is based on accountability, responsiveness, and transparency. Digitalisation should be adopted extensively to bring in transparency and aid in curbing corruption.
