Madhya Pradesh Urdu Academy, Sanskriti Parishad, Culture Department will organised the three-day literary programme "Jashn-e-Urdu" from Thursday at Ravindra Bhavan Auditorium.
The event is dedicated to the Amrit Mahotsav. The Minister of Culture, Tourism and Spirituality, Usha Thakur, Principal Secretary Culture Shivshekhar Shukla and Director Culture Aditi Tripathi.
Giving information about the programme, Director of Urdu Academy, Nusrat Mehdi said that it is the endeavor of Madhya Pradesh Urdu Academy, Sanskriti Parishad, Department of Culture that whatever programs are organized under the department, they should promote, preserve and promote language, literature and culture.
Urdu Academy also organized programmes keeping in view the above objectives throughout the year, Jashn-e-Urdu is an event in the same sequence. This is the programme that all of you are eagerly waiting for and us too. So this time this three day program is being organized on March 3 to 5 at Ravindra Bhavan from 11 am to 10 pm.
This program is completely dedicated to the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. There will be events like Bait Baazi, Seminar, Subai Mushaira, Qawwali singing, Desh Raag, Chilman Mushaira, Swar Kokila, Tribute to Lata Mangeshkar, Char Bait, Statement, Open Mic, All India Mushaira and many more.
