Launching 5G technology from the city of Lord Mahakaleshwar and recently inaugurated Shri Mahakal Mahalok in the state, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that he is extremely happy. This technology will be used for good governance, education, health and development of industries in the state. Chouhan inaugurated the 5G services of Reliance Jio from Shri Mahakal Mahalok this evening by pressing the remote button.
Chouhan said that today is a historic day for the progress and development of Madhya Pradesh. 5G is not just a mobile service, it is a new revolution. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the slogan of Atmanirbhar Bharat. We will take it forward and build a glorious and flourishing state. The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of joy that Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan, Global Investors Summit and G-20 countries summit are going to be held in Indore city of the state.
All these events will take the progress of the state further. He said that the growth rate of Madhya Pradesh is 19.76. The contribution of the state to the country’s GDP was earlier 3.2, which has now increased to 4.6 percent. Not only this, the per capita income has increased to Rs 1 lakh 37 thousand from 13 thousand in the year 2003-04. He said that it is my prayer to Mahakal Maharaj that Madhya Pradesh becomes one of the best states of the country and also shines in the world.
