Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will distribute land ownership rights certificate and permanent pattas under Mukhyamantri Nagariya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana on Thursday. Revenue Minister Govind Singh Rajput will also participate in this virtual programme to be held in Mantralaya at 3 pm.
Out of one lakh 49 thousand 853 applications received so far under the Mukhyamantri Nagariya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana, 43 thousand 344 have been resolved. Under the scheme, the land held by the land holders of the government land (Nazul land) in the urban area will be given on permanent pattas for 30 years. Renewal of pattas will also be possible. Also, consumers will be able to get the facility to construct, renovate or upgrade the house or take a home loan from the bank.
