The central government MoS of Human resource department and Koderma Member of Parliament Annpurna Devi said that the benefit of government plan must reach to the last person of the society. It is only possible when officers and public representatives jointly work on the progress.
This was stated by the Minister of state Annpurna Devi in the review meeting of district development coordination and monitoring committee meeting in the deputy commissioner seminar hall.
She said that the officers should not compromise on the quality of the plan. This is the duty of the concern department to complete the plan within time frame work.
The Member of Parliament of Hazaribag and former central minister Jayant Sinha said that this is the duty of the administration to give the responsibility to the officer to maintain the quality of the plan
can be maintained. He has given more and more emphasis on the monitoring of the plans which are running in the district. Without monitoring it is not possible to maintain the quality.
In the meeting both the public representative reviwed the each and every palns under different heads and gave the instructions and direction to the concern department.
They have gone through of the progress of the Amrit Yojana. They have instructed to the water and sanitation department to complete this yojana as early as possible, because this is the dream project of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
They have also reviewed the progress of the supply department. They have instructed to the department to available the food grains to all BPL families in time every month. They said that the strict action must be taken on such dealers who are not doing their duty honestly.
They have also gone through with the work of Kisan Credit Card, Electricity , pension, DMFT ( District Miberal Foundation Trust). They have issued the instructions to every departments. In the meeting Barkatha MLA Amit Kumar, Bagodar and Bari MLA Binod Kumar and Uma Shankar Akela, deputy commissioner Nancy Sahay, DDC Prerna Dixit, Trainee IAS Shatabadi Majumdar, district board president Umesh Mehta and all officers were present.
