Nalco CMD Sridhar Patra inaugurated ICSI, Bhubaneswar Chapter's two-day seminar on “Corporate Compliance – Meeting the Challenge” here on Friday.
Patra emphasised that professionals should be updated with recent changes in their field in spite of their daily routine work in order to flourish in the fields.

Director (Finance) and Chairman of CSR Committee of MCL KR Vasudevan, who was special guest, encouraged the members present to generously ignite the companies for giving CSR funds.
Topics like recent changes in CSR and their compliance, reduction of share capital with complete procedure and management of stress in present scenario were deliberated.
Practising Company Secretary Rupanjana Dey, Chairman Jyotirmoy Mishra, Secretary, Bhubaneswar Chapter Bimal Prasad Pattanaik and DGM (Company Secretary) Nalco Bharat Sahu also spoke on the inaugural day.
